Primarily designed as an etching primer for ferrous and non ferrous metal surfaces, One Can Etch has proven to perform extremely well to grip onto smooth surfaces such as fibreglass, PVC, melamine, suitably prepared tiles and will even lift enamel coatings. As with everything in life, preparation is key. Adhesion is best achieved when there is a mechanical bond so be sure to sand surfaces thoroughly and wipe clean with suitable solvent prior to application of One Can Etch. PS: Be careful of application to cold steel in winter months. In a hurry? No sweat, One Can Etch is fast drying making it possible to start with top coats or universal undercoat intermediate coat the same day. One Can Etch can receive the top coats of your desire both acrylic and solvent based. For best results on light colours, an intermediate coat at Sabre Universal Undercoat is recommended.
